How to apply:

• Please download the Distributorship application  here.

• Fill in the form carefully in Block letters only, sign and stamp it.

• Scan it and send us the scanned copies of the application and unsigned cancelled cheque through email at sales@bithikainnovates.com.

• We will review your application and if eligible intimate you by email/Tele, with our brochure.

• Application filing process is free. Please do not pay any amount at this stage.  

• Alternately, you may send us an enquiry with your details ( Name, Contact number, Location etc ).
