TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bithika Innovates Pvt Ltd offers warranty on its products subject to the following terms and conditions.  The below mentioned terms and conditions are exhaustive and not inclusive and the company reserves the right to modify/add/delete any of the clauses without any prior intimation and notice.

1. The company adopts a fair policy for it's commitment to provide warranty services to it's esteemed customers.

2. By using the services of this website or any of our online/offline services the customers are assumed to be agreeing with these terms & conditions. Those who do not agree to these terms and conditions should not use our services and company holds no legal/administrative responsibility for such acts.

3. The products/ circuits and designs used are indigenous and copying/reproduction/experimentation of the same for personal / commercial applications including reviews on any media will be the sole responsibility of the person concerned. Any such instances noticed by the company and having potential to harm/damage public life/property and / or the reputation of the company will be dealt legally at the cost of the defaulter.

4. None of the products are user serviceable  and any such acts to do so will cease the warranty immediately and the user will be liable for any mishap/accident that may happen due to such acts.

5. Modification/alteration of the products and it's design will render cessation of the warranty immediately.

6. Company will not be liable for damages/warranty in case any product is used for purposes other than it's intended use.

​

7. Warranty is valid for the time mentioned in the packaging of the product wef the date of invoice.

​

8. Replacement/repair warranty are subject to submission of the faulty product in unopened/unmodified condition to the company or it's agents/dealers etc only.

9. The company has dedicated customer services which can handle all types of faults/queries and may escalate the same if required and all issues must be solved amicably. All other cases are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
